Children & Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
Free! All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Free! One additional child under 2 years stays free of charge in a crib.
All older children or adults are charged NZD 30 per person per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds/cribs in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Payment
Four Seasons Motel accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Eftpos and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
House Rules
Please note if you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Four Seasons Motel in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests must provide a valid ID and credit card at check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be canceled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in the motel after 22:00.
Please inform Four Seasons Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
You may be required to pay damage deposit of NZD 200 on arrival. That's about 134.76USD. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
